Juno ("Juno", "we", "us") is a web app for content creators that reads the sales notification emails their platforms send them, extracts the sale details, and lets them export those sales as a spreadsheet-ready file. This policy explains what information Juno accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have. Back to Juno

1. Information we access and store

When you sign in with Google and use Juno, we handle the following:

• Google account information: your Google account ID, email address and name, used to identify your account.
• Google authorization tokens: the OAuth access and refresh tokens Google issues so Juno can read your Gmail on your behalf. We never see or store your Google password.
• Email content from your sales platforms: Juno searches your Gmail for sales notification emails from your platforms (currently messages sent from loyalfans.com) and retrieves only the messages that match. For each one we store the sender, recipient, subject, date, message text and HTML, and the full message data returned by Gmail. We keep the full message so it can be re-processed if a platform changes its email format. Juno does not retrieve your other emails.
• Sales data extracted from those emails: the sale date, platform, type (for example clip or tip), item title, the buyer's display name and username as shown in the email, prices, discount, commission and net amount.
• Settings: preferences such as the date format used when exporting.
• A session cookie: a first-party cookie that keeps you signed in (see "Cookies" below).

2. Google user data and how we use it

Juno requests these Google permissions:

• gmail.readonly: read-only access to your Gmail, used solely to find and read your sales notification emails. Juno cannot send, modify or delete your email.
• userinfo.email and userinfo.profile: to identify you and show which account you are signed in with.

We use this data only to provide and improve Juno's user-facing features: syncing your sales emails, extracting and displaying your sales, and producing your exports. We do not use it for advertising or any other purpose.

Juno's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In line with those requirements:

• We do not sell Google user data or transfer it to third parties, except as necessary to provide the service you asked for, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business with notice to you.
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting or interest-based ads.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent for specific messages (for example, when you ask us for support), it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Your data is stored on the server that runs Juno, and Juno uses Google's APIs to access your account. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety or security of users or the service.

4. Storage, security and retention

Your data is stored in a database on the server that runs Juno, and access to that server is restricted to the person who operates Juno. The site is served over HTTPS, so data is encrypted in transit. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.

We keep your data for as long as you use Juno. When you ask us to delete it (see below), we delete your account, authorization tokens, stored emails and extracted sales data.

5. Your choices

• Revoke Juno's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After you revoke, Juno can no longer read your Gmail.
• Export your data using the export buttons on your dashboard.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us (see below). We will act on your request within 30 days.

6. Cookies

Juno uses a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for tracking or advertising, and Juno does not use analytics or third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children

Juno is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
